Out of Stock items

Many of the items we make are one of a kind or only a few were made and we constantly review our website to be sure the items listed are in stock.  If you happen to order something that is no longer available, you will be notified via e-mail with a possible second choice if we have anything similar available. 

 

 

Credit Card orders

All items ordered by credit card are usually shipped by the next business day and your card will not be charged until we ship your order.   Please contact us  if you haven’t received your purchase within 10 days after you place your order.

 

 

Check orders

If you click on the “check out” button, you will be given an option to print out your order form.  Shipping and sales tax (if applicable) will automatically be added to your order.   Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery for items ordered by check.    If you provide an e-mail address on your order form, we will send you a notification the day your item is shipped.   Please contact us at fishbery@fishberywhimsies.com if you have any questions about the status of your order.

 

Return Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products and wish to return an item, we will refund the purchase price if the item is returned to us in unused condition within 7 days after you receive it.

Please note that any information you provide to Fishbery Whimsies will not be sold or distributed and will be kept in the strictest of confidence.
